Initially I gave this company a "one star review" because the customer service was horrible. The pricing increased by $1000 and communication was poor. However, afterwards we received a personal call from the owner. He was extremely polite and helpful. He apologized for the difficulty we had with installation and explained the pricing increase was through Lowes. He promised to have a meeting with his team to make sure their customer service improved. The owner reaching out to us, showed exceptional integrity and honesty. Therefore, I changed my review. I would encourage you to work directly with the owner!

We worked directly with KY Marble & Granite for our quartz kitchen countertops and granite in all 3 bathrooms. When we remodeled our kitchen, we added a peninsula; their team guided us and made recommendations on different things. When they recommended making the overhang side (where barstools would be) a little deeper, I was skeptical, but they explained their reasoning and we opted to trust their professional opinion and go with it, and we’re so glad we did. Design, delivery, and install were all seamless and we are so happy we made the decision to use them. Some family had used another local, well-known company for their kitchen and had so many issues, so they eventually stopped calling that company and called KY Marble & Granite instead, who were able to remedy their problems very quickly. Recommend 10/10!

These guys did a fantastic job helping to renovate our newly purchased home a few years ago. Our house was totally decked out in 1993 gear. We had a lot of work to do. We couldn’t be happier with how flawless and beautiful our kitchen turned out. Props to this team. Premier. Seeing a kitchen that another locally owned Counter top company did for my parents proves how much attention to detail can be missed. Regularly reminded we were blessed to chose ya!

We waited an extra two weeks for our countertops after they were “lost”. When the installers came in to put them in, they gouged the insides of both brand new vanities. When we called, they were unwilling to help and blamed it on us because we didn’t prep the area.
